Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how FleetFlow, a platform powered by NovaStack and provided by FORGEAI STUDIO LTD (a company registered in England and Wales, trading as "NovaStack"), uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They allow the service to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time. We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage, which work in a comparable way. In this policy we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".

2. Essential cookies

Essential (strictly necessary) cookies are required for the Service to function. They enable core features such as secure access, network management and protection against fraud. Because the Service cannot operate properly without them, these cookies do not require your consent and cannot be switched off through our preference controls.

3. Authentication and session cookies

To keep you signed in and to maintain your session securely, we store authentication tokens issued by Supabase, our authentication provider. These tokens are typically held in your browser's local storage rather than in traditional cookies, but they serve an essential function: without them you would not be able to remain logged in to your account. As they are strictly necessary, they do not require consent.

4. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used, for example which features are most popular, so that we can improve it. Where these are not strictly necessary, we will only set them with your consent and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Future marketing cookies

We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will not place them on your device without first obtaining your consent, and we will update this policy and our preference controls accordingly.

6. Cookie categories

The table below summarises the categories of cookies we use:

CategoryPurposeConsent required?
EssentialEnable core functionality, security and network management. No
Authentication / sessionKeep you signed in and maintain a secure session (Supabase auth tokens). No

7. Managing your cookie preferences

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking some or all cookies or asking to be notified when a cookie is set. Please note that blocking essential or authentication cookies will prevent the Service from working correctly, for example you may be unable to sign in. Where we use non-essential cookies that require consent, you will be able to manage your choices through a cookie preference banner that we may provide in the future.

8. Contact
